ZL series axial fan is an advanced type, with blades and cover installed onto its outer rotor motor.
It has compact structure, easy to be installed, good dynamic performance, high efficiency and low noise.
Applied for refrigeration equipment, heat exchange, and ventilation.

Axial flow fan consists of outer rotor motor, blades, cover, and dome.
1. The protection class of the outer rotor motor is IP44, insulation class is F, and the rotor is made of die cast aluminum alloy, with a compact structure, easy installation, and beautiful appearance.
2. The impeller blades 4.0-6.3 # are made of high-quality aluminum alloy plates, while 7.1-8.0 # are made of die cast aluminum alloy, designed to comply with aerodynamic principles and directly fixed on the rotor. The balance accuracy level is G5.6.
3. The dome is made of cold-rolled steel plate (can be made by users also), which can improve the efficiency of the axial fan.
4. The cover is welded with steel wire and directly fixed on the motor to protect the fan.
5. The surfaces of every part such as motors, blades, cover, and dome are all treated with spray paint, plastic coating for rust and corrosion protection.
Installation Method
This series of axial fans can be installed for either free air suction or free air exhaust.

3. Motor power, current, and speed are rated values.
4. The operating ambient temperature for this series of fans is -30°C to +60°C.
