A: We are Chinese manufacturer of ventilation equipment, mainly on centrifugal fan. A part of axial fan can also be provided, especially applied as a part of refrigeration equipment.

About Commercial Terms
Q: What is your payment method?
A: We generally do T/T 50% in advance, rest before shipment.
Q: Does your company participate in exhibitions? Which exhibitions?
A: Yes, we participate ventilation equipment related exhibitions, such as RACC (China International Exhibition of Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Refrigeration and Cold Chain Industry).
Q: How to be our agent or distributor?

If you are manufacturer of air conditioning unit/HVAC system, our centrifugal fan can be part of air handling unit. We can be your reliable supplier and we accept your customized order.
If you want to distribute our centrifugal fans for your local users, we will give full technical support and best offer to develop your market. In order to keep market competition in good order, we can have 1 or 2 distributors or agents for a single divided market and quantity of distributors or agents depends on market demand scale and concentrative degree.

Q: How long to receive an offer after sending out an inquiry?
A: An offer can be received within 12hours for general inquiry without special requirements such as anti-explosion, for salty environment.
Other exception may happen if we receive inquiry in our weekends and holidays.
Q: Is there MOQ? Can we place sample order? How about sample charge?
We don’t have limit on MOQ. Sample order can be accepted for testing our product quality and verifying the selected model fit actual application.
Price of sample is mostly same as price in commercial order unless the sample has very special technical requirement, or sometimes mould and special tool has to be additionally charged.
About Quality Control and Certificate
Q: What kind of product certification and quality management system available?
A: We have ISO9001:2005 quality management system certificate. Most of our motors are all with anti-explosion certificate. LKWB series is for LKW series centrifugal fan forward curved with outer rotor motor and also with anti-explosion certificate.
About Technical Service
Q: Does your company provide after-sales service? What kind of quality problem in the running users may face up to and how to solve these problems?
A: Yes, after-sales service is very important part for every cooperation. For our centrifugal fan, quality problem indeed occurs occasionally and unexpectedly. Two major problems are the following:
- Bearing damage: this is the first quality problem for our fan. The solution is to replace the damaged bearing by a new one. We made video tutorial on how to disassemble and assemble the fan, and how to do the replacement. Generally for 300 sets, we will provide 5~10 bearings as standby for free.
- Corrosive problem: this may happen after running long time. We will apply special anti-corrosive agent for motor shaft and rust proof screws and bolts, meanwhile we decrease quantity of screws and bolts to simplify connection in the whole assembly.
About Delivery and Packing
Q: How about delivery time? How to ship the cargo? How about Packing?
Generally, 500 sets of centrifugal fans can be delivered within 15days. If you have urgent order when Chinese new year is coming, please do arrange production 20days in advance at least.
We ship centrifugal fans in 20ft and 40ft containers. We pack and fix every centrifugal fan in carton box, put carton boxes in a neat pile onto wooden pallet, wrap carton boxes together with moisture proof plastic film, then use ribbon to fix the pile of carton boxes with wooden pallet.
We try our best to put centrifugal fans with same model number or similar dimensions on one pallet for safety transportation which is easy for users to sort different models to its matched storehouse.
