1. Make sure screws and the foundation bolts tightly connected.
2. Keep bearings, bearing housings, oil level indicators, and other components of the centrifugal fan all clean, and also adjust the clearance between the bearings.
3. Check coupling of centrifugal fan and connected pump.
4. Tighten anchor bolts of the fan and ensure that there is no sign of loosening or deformation.
Overhaul of Centrifugal Air Conditioning Fans
During the major overhaul of the centrifugal air conditioning fan, it is also necessary to pay attention to the operating condition of the centrifugal fan,
1. Promptly replace spare parts and mechanical components of the centrifugal fan seal.
2. Conduct a detailed inspection of the wear, corrosion, and cavitation on the shaft, shaft sleeve, bearings, impeller, pump casing, and pump cover. Based on the actual condition, determine whether to replace the main components of air conditioning fan.
3. Replace the coupling, diaphragm, and reinforcement screws of the centrifugal fan. Additionally, replace the oil seal, gaskets, and precision components of the pump body.
After completing these maintenance operations, operators must use professional testing instruments to determine the effectiveness of the repairs which will significantly extend the service life of the centrifugal fan.
